3rd Annual CCPN Clinician Conference

Welcome to our 3rd Annual CCPN Clinician Conference: CCPN-Bringing Value Home.

Our conference will once again be held at the Grandover Resort in Greensboro on Sunday May 19 and Monday May 20, 2019.

We are excited to announce that the DHHS-awarded Medicaid Prepaid Health Plans will be presenting at this year's conference to educate you about their plans.

Registration is now open for all CCPN participating clinicians and 1 office manager/administrator per practice.

Registration cost is $50 per participating provider or office manager. Conference registration includes 1 night hotel stay, plus an evening reception, dinner, and breakfast.

Cost for spouses or guests attending only the evening reception and dinner is $30.

Refund Policy:

Cancellations made by 5:00 pm on April 19, 2019 will be refunded in full. Please contact Jessica Whelan at 919-926-3894 or jwhelan@communitycarenc.org to request a refund.

Cancellations made after this date will not be eligible for a refund.
